Emakumeek eta baita gizonek zuzendutako sentsibilizazio eta orientazio jardueretan oinarritzen da, ikerketa, zientzia eta teknologia arloetako profesionalak direnak. Hau da lehen aldia talde-tutoretza erabili dela lehen hezkuntzako ikasleen artean STEAM (Zientzia, Teknologia, Ingeniaritza, Artea eta Matematika) sustatzen duen proiektu batean.  <\/p><p>Proiektuaren muina tutoreengan datza, zeinek, borondatez, eguneroko esperientziak neska-mutilekin partekatzen dituzten eskola-orduetan zehar sei lan-saioren bidez. Tutore horiek guztiak zientzia eta teknologiako profesionalak dira, hainbat arlotan lan egiten dutenak: akademia, negozioak, ikerketa, kudeaketa eta abar. <\/p><h5>Proiektuaren gakoak<\/h5><ul><li><p>Emakume zientzialari eta teknologo hurbilen erreferente berriak ematea.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Neskek eta mutilek STEAM arloko lanbideak ezagutzea.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Garapena gizonen eta emakumeen artean gauzatu beharraz kontzientziatzea, eta ANIZTASUNAREN aberastasuna baloratzea.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Zientzia eta teknologiako ikasketen inguruan SENTSIBILIZATZEA eta orientazioa ematea.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Historiako STEAM emakumeak, gaur egungoak eta iraganekoak, BEGIEN AURREAN JARTZEA eta daukaten garrantzia aitortzea.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Arlo horietan dauden ESTEREOTIPOEN berri ematea, nesken eta mutilen erabakiak baldintzatu ez ditzaten.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><div data-id=\"020ddbf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"icon-list.default\"><div><h5>Ikastetxe gisa parte hartzeko gida<\/h5><p>Lehen Hezkuntzako 6. mailako eta DBHko 1. mailako ikasleentzat.<\/p><h6>Hasierako fasea<\/h6><ul><li>Zentroa erregistratzea Inspira STEAMen intranetean (intranet.inspirasteam.net).<\/li><li>Informazio saioa.<\/li><li>Esleitutako aholkularien jakinarazpena bidaltzea.<\/li><li>NAHITAEZKO informazio saioa.<\/li><\/ul><div><h6>Garapen fasea:<\/h6><ul><li>Inspira STEAM 6 ikasgelako saiotan egiten da.
